With more than 16 years as a professional in the performing arts, he has a degree in Dramatic Literature and Theater, with a specialty on stage direction from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). He studied at the Banff Center in Alberta, Canada, in their prestigious program on Theater Production, Design & Stage. He has been a FONCA fellow in the Young Creators program as well as the Promotion and Co-investment program.

 

He has been considered one of the 30 most promising artists and creators in Mexico by the web page Collective Culture. He is a director, stage designer, theatrical gerontologist, and teacher. He has participated in more than 40 professional stage productions, along with their national and international tours. As a director of interdisciplinary shows of medium and large format, he directed the 1st and 2nd versions of the multidisciplinary show Tradiciones Vivas, held in Cd. Victoria, Matamoros and Reynosa, Tamaulipas under the auspices of ITCA, which has been attended by more than 10,000 people. With the gerontological theater laboratory company Soy Pájaro, he has directed Five Darts / A Mapping of Mistreatment in Old Age and Nenitas. He also works as a producer for the theatre companies Teatro de Ciertos Habitantes under the direction of Claudio Valdés Kuri and La Giralda under the direction of Kaveh Parmas.
