ArtBoretum is a project by Teatro de Ciertos Habitantes, born out of the need to confront the multiple challenges currently faced by the performing arts community that base their creative output on long research and creative laboratory processes.

 

It offers ideal conditions for educational retreats, artistic creation, and as a meeting point of the interdisciplinary performing arts. In collaboration with experts in various branches, it has been designed with criteria of low environmental impact, in harmony with the local community. It is inserted in a private natural area, in the Municipality of Ocuilan, State of Mexico.

 

It accommodates artists and groups of all experience levels and backgrounds. It has extraordinary spaces for all stage manifestations of any format (opera, theater, dance, music, circus, interdisciplinary), without excluding other traditional and avant-garde artistic expressions.
